What ever happened to the Diaspora Centre planned for the Carlisle Pier????

Yes Toss but think of the employment it created--a room full of people sitting at their desks biting the end of their pencils and checking the clock to see if it's lunchtime yet.
Then when they've nothing better to do-trying to come up with a 50 page projection of how it could be -with the injection of say 20 mill- naw make that 35 mill.
After all there is money to be made-
Say $25 for an initial basic search (using BDM :lol: )but would include a St.Patrick's day badge and a sprig of shamrock -P&P extra.
Gawd there's a lot of money to be made -if people know what they are doing.
