Just been listening to some Banjo playing by Dave Hum, he was brilliant sadly though he passed away in 2012. I'm sure the lads in CI know a lot of the tunes he played. Must try make it down again soon.
( Do they make/sell Cocktails Strum :lol: :lol: )

Afraid not Denis. Band nights once a Month now. But the Band are for hire for parties etc.

Music Club Wednesday nights and a rare session in the upstairs bar Saturday nights.

Well done you Grammer for venturing out. I was thinking of going myself as my other club is on Easter break and I just couldn't rouse myself to tog out and go. I have told a good singer about the club so hopefully he goes.

Next Jack's Music Club is Saturday 20th April featuring Ronan O'Snodaigh (Kila) Ronan will be joined onstage by Simon Taylor.

After a short break we'll have music from the ever evolving resident Band Reflections

Doors 9 pm. Concert 10 pm.

Remember folks, all our artists play for free so please support them, and us!

Just giving you ample warning Strum ;) There will be about 10 of us ladies :roll: down to the club next Wednesday night, a few are good singers and I'm sure will be only delighted to sing a couple of tunes. ;) If that's OK, we are going to Walters for a meal then over to the CI. Let me know if there's any problem with that. 8-)

Yis are putting the longing on me. I am back to my other club that night. Have a great time. :mrgreen: Just to let you know that William Byrne that amazing singer is doing the music at Hardy's bar - Royal Marine Hotel on 9th May for the start of the Bratacha 2013 Festival from about 9p.m that should be a great night too.
