Just looked at some of the photos and know a few people - even saw a relative!!
Grammer, you look well, what is the name of the guitarist from Ralahine, I know
him but can't remember his name.

Strum, Yes, I could not remember Phil's name, I see him regularly and we salute each other. I don't think it's
old age, not on my part anyway.........

I changed the title of this post because it didn't really reflect what we are doing.
We have now set up the "Dún Laoghaire Music Club" on Wednesday Nights from 8:00 PM till late.
All welcome whether you play, sing or just want to sit and have a drink and listen in.
There will be a 2 euro charge for players to help run the Club, and all members and spectators are exempt from this charge.
Check out William Byrne from Ballybrack, one of our members.
William, will be supporting Christy Moore in the Pavillion next Month. ;)

William is fantastic, I've heard him a few times in the Eblana Club, great to hear he's supporting Christy Moore, hope it leads to more for him.
By the way Strum my friend is at a Wedding reception in The C.I. tonight, :o

Great venue Snowy. Can hold up to about 250 - 300 people. We can supply a live band/bands if anybody requests, also a slideshow on the massive 30 ft screen and a photographer. ;)

Around 11pm. Two of the lads and one of the girls don't drink and live up your way so you would get a lift home no bother. ;)

Jemser,

I think we can be persuaded to wander up there after Gulliver's presentation !!...haha if my friends could hear me... ;) I went to the Club just twice but, it was fabulous. I just sat and listened but, I don't know when I heard such good music. Just noticed the twins have a birthday the next day....another reason to celebrate.

I'm going to be recording these gigs folks. I have the means. ;) Here's a sample from the other night.

Will Byrne, Voice and Guitar.
Gerry Byrne, Banjo.
Eddie Confrey, Banjo.
Me, silently tapping.

The two Banjos are deadly. Love it. First night first recording. :D
