Hello everybody

Post by MikeOC » Fri Nov 30, 2018 7:28 pm

My name’s Michael O’Connell and while I’m not a resident of Dunlaoghaire my grandparents lived and worked there and my father spent his formative years there. I’m hoping to find out some information regarding their time and hopefully contribute some that may plug some historical gaps.

Apologies in advance for the inevitable reanimation of dead topics!

Hello THM and welcome to the site. Some time ago we has a poster on this site and I think it could be your long lost cousin the Glenageary Guru. He pasted many wise thoughts. It should be possible for you to send him a Private Message through the site and if he is still in Glenageary he might look in from time to time.

Welcome THM

I'm guessing you are not from these parts originally. Otherwise you would not admit, so openly, that you had any connection with that dubious character, Glenageary Guru.
Dose he owe you money too?

M.

Not you as well Micheál, I thought that I was the only one the GG scammed out of money. Some day I'll catch up with him and there will be turbans on the green. Any information on his whereabouts from you THM would be greatly appreciated. 😭
