I've forgotten more about programming than I learned. Did it all for a few years, qualified, then realised that when I applied for an IT job, the corridors were full of 18 t0 20 year old Asian applicants with folios thick as a bible. Gave it up and went back to painting (a la Hitler) BangHead BangHead

Rocker, don't worry about binary. Most of us will never need it. There are too many directions to take in computer literacy, and you dear one, have mastered the most important - communication dnc1

Moving on from binary:

Why do mathematicians always confuse Halloween and Christmas?
Because 31 Oct = 25 Dec.

Let's not get into hexadecimal.
I've already changed my footer into a "foreign" language to make the forum as English as I can. hellllo
To Windows10 or not to Windows 10? That's the question :?:
I'll now go back to reading Caesar's Gallic Wars (in Latin)
Or maybe watch reruns of Daithi Laca

Strum,
Is nobody paying attention to the emerging language being posted in this forum?
The sooner we revert to the status quo, the better.

M.
Micheál,
I'm having difficulty understanding the thrust of your post....... BangHead BangHead
My excuse is I'm from Zircon and need a human firmware update....

At first I thought you were being funny.......objecting? to "tempus fugit" which is Latin, but posting "status quo", which is also Latin
Then I thought you were seriously objecting ? Are you? Why?
"Emerging language" ......what the heck is that???? BangHead BangHead
I googled it........its another way of saying "childish language".....learning every day wuu
But what's childish about "tempus fugit"? BangHead BangHead
I'm lost, I feel like Mañuel from Barcelona...."I know nothing" BangHead BangHead BangHead
