They must be a bayonet fitting. I need them ASAP. Bloody BER rating - a load of codswallop johndllle
I have used these in the past http://www.eurosales.ie/, but I would phone them first as they may not have everything in their catalogue in stock.

Personally, I dont get dimmer switches ...... just turn the lights out and pretend its the office party
According to Myers-Briggs, I'm a "ENTJ-a"....

Not a computer problem but help required looking for name of song and singer of a song from probably 50's / 60's.

It is the story was of a man whose wife was having a baby and the doctors came to to tell him he could only save one or the other. He goes into tthe chapel to pray and tells God that he must love them both that God cannot choose. But he would give his life for both to live. Then he rememebers the doctos standing over him as they are saying it is too bad he won't know of the miracle and both are going to live. He thinks it is too bad they don't know of the promise he made to "my God tonight". It was a spoken song narrated by a man (obviously I hear you say). Some lines I rememeber

"You must love them an awful lot Lord as you can't decide which one should live and which one should die
As I walked down the corridor I could feel my legs crumble beneath me and as I looked up
I couild see the doctors standing over me and saying it is too bad he won't know they are both going to live
And I thought it is too bad they won't know of the promise I made to my God tonight"

Sorry I cannot remember anymore and I know it is a long shot.

Thanks in advance

Thanks a million Rocker. You would not believe how many hours I have been playing around with all different titles today.

I was calling it "the promise" . Did not know the "singers" name.

I like the record - even if it is depressing.

Heard Johnny McEvoy sing "those Brown Eyes" on the car radio this morning and it also brought back many memories.

Thanks again.

No big secret navanman...just google in the words you can remember and it usually works. The number of hours HID and I spend doing that when we can't think of the name of a song or singer.

Rocker I tried that with all different combinations and just could not find it.

Strum - yes it reminds me of Leonard Cohen - who I also love. A couple of my real depressing music tastes I know!
