I think you are correct Bugrock I am googling Eden Villas and it looks almost the same but the ESB pole is in a different place.

Funny how Irish Glass Bottles closed down shortly after this and the site was worth millions.I think we were a lot greener back then, with milk bottles and electric floats.
But been green wasnt as profitable then.I dont think we even knew we were green in those days.

I totally agree with you TT
no waste -very little thrown in bins
we did'nt need black bins -green bins and brown bins for food waste .
great photo of the Villas-it is the Villas is'nt it???? :lol:

Ah you new well it was Eden Villas.Photo taken in 1990 outside No 12.
Lots of changes in the Villas since then.
Do you remember the Plot's on the railway bank?

This mad obscure film is about a man who makes a living out of sell manure he gathers from Dublin horses-mainly from the ones who work for Premier Dairies.

Some excellent shots of Dublin in the flim.

Also can anybody tell me where the Premier Dairies Depot is that is featured at 4.55 onwards in the film?
