I'm currently watching Resistance, the aftermath of Revolution. Set in 1920, it's worth a watch.

If it don't make your ears bleed, it ain't rock 'n' roll!

The documentary on RTE at 10.15.p.m. last night was most interesting. I never realised the important role Ireland played in the decision to go on D Day. That young lady watching the weather and passing on her findings was amazing. I was aware that this country gently put Allied Forces who landed here over the border and imprisoned Germans in the Second World War. Strange the things we never learned in school.

Just finished watching the 4th & final episode of the Virtues on Channel 4.

A very dark, though credible storyline in an Irish setting.
Perfect casting
Superb script
Excellent acting.
Best on screen drama I've seen in a long time. Dont understand how it has not attracted more comment.

Should be available on the C4 player.

That sounds great. I missed it. I watch channel 4 on the ASTRA sattellite. Would I be able to get the C4 player?
