Aw....the story of Glen Campbell is on Sky Arts.......very sad scry
I've always loved his music. His rendition of McArthur's Park is just fantastic.
Life can be so cruel :(

Dancer, I totally agree with you on the Life of Pi, it thought it was awful. Managed to watch it to the end, but was very sorry that I stuck it out, waste of time.

A few Euros buys you a little black box which streams tv and movies through the internet. It turns your tv into a smart tv and allows you to watch heaps of programmes through apps. Check out Kodi and give reality tv a miss.

Just home from a fantastic gig in the Pavilion, Dun Laoghaire.
The New Triangle, my hands are sore, my feet worn out and I am
hoarse. A fantastic event. Started at 8.00. short interval and
over at 11.25.p.m.

Brent Pope is such a lovely guy . It's so nice to see him overcome his difficulties and
share his passions with everyone . Some of the paintings I thought were incredible while others appeared
almost childlike but I guess you have to be an artist to appreciate the visual significance .
I miss Popey and Hookey on the rugby panel - they're very entertaining !

Google wireless streaming media box or something close.
Or just download the free Kodi and have a play. not all works, but some do.

I recorded the Brent Pope programme and I agree Micheál, remarkable. Brent comes across as a real genuine guy and the joy he gave to the artists was just great to see. Great piece of television.

I was watching Titanic the other night and noticed an uncanny resemblance between the Captain of the sinking ship and the leader of another sinking ship. :D
