How about........a better back!!! :D :D
The amount of back trouble in the world...wow!
As a species, we still haven't sorted out standing upright properly.
Besides, I'd love to be a really good dancer

Better hearing would be good. Hearing deteriorates with age...not good.
Also, they charge a FORTUNE, a FORTUNE for hearing aids.....thousands of euro for small pieces of electronics....shouldn't be allowed.!! BangHead BangHead BangHead

A better front rather than a back, the bad backs are usually caused by paunches.

An ability to "upgrade the Operating System" every few years to avoid blackouts, viruses, etc.

I read somewhere that the human body is doughnut shaped......mouth, anus connected by the alimentary canal.
That canal....it's gotta go!!!
So the improvement is....
All ingested food is consumed by the body....no waste products produced.
Just think of that.....no need for toilets...so no need for houses to be piped...no treatment plants required.....less pollution....and best of all    reduced water charges. wuu wuu wuu wuu wuu

The big improvement I would make would be instant playback of experiences or events in your personal past. So if you needed to check the way a conversation occured, say, a month ago. You could project the exact scene into the air in front of you to view what exactly was said. This kinda comes from the old joke about the guy who was recently married and he put an ad in the paper, "Encyclopaedia Brittanica for sale, wife knows everything". Whenever my wife and I have a disagreement, she always remembers the incident from the past different than I do. So no matter who is right or who is wrong, I would like the ability to replay the actual event. No that the facts would really influence the outcome, I'd still be wrong. BangHead

All the wimmin in our family know everything and when we have a get together we roar each other down about who is "righter". It is a wimmin thing. I can remember events from my childhood with such accuracy and of course, from my point of view...is there any other point :?:

I have been saying that for years, we should be able to go in every year for a service or get a trade in if necessary.

If I am to be totally honest about the female form then I would have to say that it would be great to be able to inflate
or deflate boobs . For instance , when you go for a run or just have a hot flush then you could deflate them .
When you go on a date or a job interview then you could inflate them accordingly
